I have Raymond. H. Thayer b. 13 Jul 1932 in Norwich CT and died there 27 Jul 2003. I believe this is the line you are looking for. In brief here is the Thayer lineage:

Greetings Thayers, never knew this site existed. I was researching my ancestry, maternal grandfather was Raymond Fairfield Thayer from Erie, PA. Greatgrandfather was H. N. Thayer of the baby carriage company in Erie. Raymond had 3 brothers, Herbert and Henry were twins. Not sure of the 4th one. Any info on this part of the family tree, and how they got to Erie?

A long Christmas wish that I can never seem to get. To finally be able to establish a communication with my biological father "Christopher Lewis Thayer". I know he's remarried, with two lovely girls and now lives in Sheridan WY. I can call him (thanks to internet), but I do not want to complicate what life he has now. 35 years I think is long enough and I either start a new chapter in life or close this one I am on now and move on.

Several years ago I inquired about John Thayer (abt. 1814) and Nancy Brown; with children Robert, Sylvester, Mary Ann, Emmily, Harriett D. who lived for a time at Gouverneur, NY. Jerry Thayer responded as follows, but I am unable to find any Jean Baptiste Thayer born Quebec, or Nancy Delilah Brunette. Can anyone help?

1812 in the Province of Quebec and Nancy Delilah Brunette, sometimes anglicized
to Brown. We have 11 children listed for them but I do not have a Caroline.
I am CCing Douglas Thayer who has done the most work on this family. In
1872 Nancy was a widow and lived in Saginaw MI and in the 1880 census she is in
Jackson MI with her son Sylvester's family and her husband John is in Bethany
